A study was conducted in the UK to study the effects of sticking to the couch for two weeks on health. The results showed that the people who were fit two weeks ago suffered from high blood pressure, increased body, and liver fat, and increased levels of insulin resistance.

The most important thing is to resist of laziness. If you were in an inactive lifestyle, you need to start slowly. Gradually adding more exercise is helpful. A little exercise is always more than no exercise. It is suggested that a person should get at least two and a half hours of aerobic exercise.
